Dear Russ,

The Transformation Team 1 Continuous Improvement and East Hartford Repair Operations would like to express our deepest gratitude to Sign Stop and your team for all the hard work that was performed within a two-week period to accelerate M Building's Transformation and to prepare for an important tour.

The tour was a tremendous success and many positive comments were shared by all visitors as they walked through our building. Most were very impressed with the visual effects walking into M Building. Many positive repairs, changes, additions and cleaning were noticed by all visitors. Most important was the positive feedback on how bright our future looks here at Pratt & Whitney.

Sign Stop has made a very positive contribution with your hard work and dedication to our very strict timeframe . As the days got shorter and time was flying by, your team stepped up and was very responsive to all aggressive requirements. Multi-tasking is a positive work criterion, which your team did without a pause. All workers had positive attitudes, were pleasant and respectful to all employees and other outside vendors as well as all PWA Equipment, Safety Guidelines and Policies. Work was completed in a timely and safe manner and the end results were impeccable!

The transformation team would not hesitate to contact Sign Stop for any future work in our building. Again, many thanks and I know I say this for all of our Associates and our Team in M Building....
